Privacy Policy

FollowTCG is a trading-card collection, market-information and community app. This policy explains the information we process when you use the app and your choices.

Information you provide

• Account details such as email address, username, display name and sign-in provider.
• Profile images, posts, comments and photographs you choose to publish.
• Your collection, binders, watchlist, price alerts and related card information.
• Support messages and information you send when asking for help.

Card scanning and AI briefings

When you use card scanning, the selected photograph is securely transmitted to our service and an AI service provider so the card can be identified. A scan image is not added to your public profile unless you separately choose to publish it. Card details and market information may be processed to generate an AI briefing you request.

App and device information

For signed-in users, we collect limited first-party usage information such as screens visited, time spent, feature outcomes, app version, operating-system version, device model, locale and time zone. We do not use an advertising identifier, sell personal information, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, collections, community features and market tools.
• Process subscriptions, allowances and purchase entitlements.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve FollowTCG.
• Moderate reports, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers for cloud hosting and authentication, Apple in-app purchases, social sign-in and AI processing. They receive only the information needed to perform those services and handle it under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Public information

Your username, display name, profile image, follower counts and content you publish may be visible to other people. A private profile hides its collection view, but does not make published posts or the profile identity private.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with law. You can permanently delete your account from Settings in the app. This removes your account and associated personal content from our active systems, except information we must retain by law or limited records needed for security, fraud prevention or financial reconciliation.

Your choices

You can edit profile information, remove uploaded profile images, make your collection private, delete posts, or delete your account in the app. Camera and photo-library access can be changed in iOS Settings. Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account.

Children

FollowTCG is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
